The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan Board is committed to governance excellence and is a Board that effectively oversees the organization. Our Directors have a diverse combination of competencies, experience, knowledge and personal attributes. Our dedicated Board members provide valuable expertise on good governance and accountability.

Directors are elected through a democratic process with members voting in accordance with our bylaws. The Board consists of a President, Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Past President, Treasurer and Secretary and up to six additional members at large. Regular meetings are held at least 4 times per year with additional participation in Committee meetings and working groups. The Board abides by existing governance regulations for not-for-profit, and the guidelines set out by Imagine Canada.
