Job Posting – Clinical and Service Innovation Lead

As Clinical and Service Innovation Lead, and a member of the Backbone Team, you will provide clinical leadership and direction to a network of integrated youth services sites while fostering a clinical IYS community of practice among sites. You will establish and ensure consistent implementation of a core services framework, and implementation of service innovation, while being responsible for ensuring continued collaboration and securing commitment of strategic partners in the delivery of services and programs. Working closely with the IYS Backbone Team, IYS oversite committee, and IYS Youth Co-Design Team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, strategizing, implementing, monitoring and continuous improvement of both in-person and virtual services of Integrated Youth Services in Saskatchewan and will support the overall provision of operational and clinical support to IYS sites. You will also provide direction on evaluation, quality assurance, and quality improvement, and will help foster research activities. Read the PDF below for more information on how to apply.
