Adults Reintegrating in Community is designed to increase service provisions to adult male offenders leaving incarceration. The program assists in reducing instances of recidivism for offenders in the program while also increasing community safety during this transition. The community connections process involves a client-centred case plan and individualized approach for each client, including the following:

• Preparing the client for reconnection with the community
• Preparing the community for reconnection with the client by establishing linkages with organizations and individuals that can address known risk areas.
• Facilitating and monitoring the client’s reconnection with the community.
