Jays Place

Jay’s Place provides safe and supportive long-term housing to youth (12-16) in care of the Ministry of Social Services (MSS). All referrals to the program are sent to us through MSS. Jay’s Place operates using a Mentor model. Youth are engaged in developing their own case plan and goals while receiving the support needed to grow in their ability to make decisions and grow towards future independence.
