Manitohkân Youth Drop-in Centre delivers support and provides youth (12-21) with access to community social services to increase developmental opportunities and enhance their quality of life. This includes cultural, education, training, health programs and access to information and resources. The drop-in was initiated by the work of our Youth Advisory Team (YAT). This team consists of former youth in care who consult with the Ministry of Social Services on program development and best practices.

The drop-in provides a safe, supportive environment for youth to experience new opportunities, pro-social activities, recreation, positive relationships and opportunities to build life skills. In addition, caseworkers will provide support services related to housing, food security, safety planning and harm reduction.
