Our Post-Release Employment program serves those who face barriers to employment because of their criminal records. Working primarily with ARC clients, Post-Release-Employment follows the principles of Fair Chance Hiring, as described by the Fair Chances Coalition (www.fairchances.ca), which states that every qualified candidate, regardless of background, has a right to a fair assessment free from stereotypes or misconceptions.

Our goal is to network with partners and willing organizations in our cities and province, to find our clients meaningful employment that allows them to contribute positively to their communities and Saskatchewan society.
