The Public Legal Counsel program represents clients in prison administrative proceedings, including those affecting security ratings, discipline, conditions of confinement, and access to medical care. The program also conducts systemic litigation and advocacy to encourage the humane treatment of people held in Saskatchewan’s prisons.
